  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly squeezed lemon juice (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  • Heat ghee or coconut oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and fennel seeds to the pot.
  • Stir and sauté for a minute until the seeds become fragrant and slightly browned.
  • Add chopped onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the pot. Sauté until the onions become translucent.
