Dispatch & Delivery Terms

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Ayur Healthcare containing your order details. If goods are unavailable at the time of order, delivery will take a longer than expected.

Before shipping, your items will be checked by two of our staff who will both count all items and verify your order. If an item is missing or the items you receive are incorrect, please contact us to discuss your order

Delivery Options

  • Standard Shipping (3-9 days)” – Shipped by our nominated mail or courier service. Express Shipping (1 - 3 days) - Shipped by our nominated mail or courier service. Delivery time estimates apply to in-stock items and are calculated in business days, this excludes the one business day the order was placed and the processing time of the order.
  • Please note for regional and provincial areas of Australia (including NT, WA & Outback Queensland) shipping may take up to 3 weeks.
  • Products can only be shipped to an Australian address, please contact us prior to purchasing if you wish for goods to be shipped outside of Australia.
  • Shipments do not have insurance, if you wish to insure your shipment please contact us to organise. Insurance will incur additional costs. Please be aware
    that lost or damaged goods will not be the responsibility of Ayur Healthcare.

Return & refund policy

If you are looking to return and exchange your products, we are here to help!. We offer return and exchange or refund for store credit within the 28 days of purchase.

Please note that we do not issue a cash refund for a change of mind after purchase; however you can return your products for store credit.

Returned items must not be opened and be returned in original product packing. Returned items must have no visible signs of tampering the sealing
or use. Please note that any shipping fees the customer will need to pay.

Returning by Mail

Returned items must be sent via insured, prepaid Regular Australia Post. Ensuring your return allows you to track your parcel with the Australian Postal Service.

Refunds are processed upon receipt of the product and DO NOT include shipping/handling costs.
