Ayur Healthcare supplies only products that are lawful for supply in Australia and compliant with applicable regulatory requirements at the time of sale.

Product offerings may include:

  • TGA-listed therapeutic goods, supplied strictly in accordance with Australian regulatory requirements and provided to clients only where lawful and appropriate, following an Ayurvedic consultation where applicable.

  • Non-therapeutic cosmetic or general wellbeing products, such as oils and personal care items, intended for external or lifestyle use only.

Ayur Healthcare does not import, supply, prescribe, or recommend unapproved therapeutic goods. We do not knowingly sell products containing intentionally added heavy metals, mercury, lead, or other prohibited substances.

No product supplied or mentioned by Ayur Healthcare is promoted as a treatment, cure, or prevention for any disease or medical condition. Product information is provided for general awareness only and does not constitute therapeutic claims.

Natural products may not be suitable for every individual. Reactions may vary. Customers are responsible for reading all labels carefully and consulting a qualified healthcare professional if they have health concerns or are unsure about suitability.

Consultation, Supply & Importation Policy

  1. Ayur Healthcare supplies regulated products only where permitted under Australian law and applicable regulations.

  2. Ayur Healthcare does not issue prescriptions, approvals, or authorisations for clients to import Ayurvedic medicines or herbal products from overseas.

  3. Products purchased independently from overseas or online sources may carry safety, quality, or legal risks, including undeclared ingredients or non-compliance with Australian regulations.

  4. Importing unapproved therapeutic goods into Australia may result in seizure, penalties, or legal consequences.

  5. Ayur Healthcare accepts no responsibility or liability for any adverse effects, health issues, or legal implications arising from the use or importation of products not supplied directly by us.

Ayurveda Information & Practitioner Qualifications

Information relating to Ayurveda, herbs, therapies, or traditional texts is provided for educational and historical context only. References to traditional use do not imply therapeutic claims or regulatory approval.

Some materials mentioned in classical Ayurvedic literature are restricted or prohibited in Australia and are not supplied, dispensed, or used by Ayur Healthcare.

Our practitioners hold formal qualifications in Ayurveda obtained outside Australia (including BAMS – India) and practise in Australia as complementary health practitioners, not as medical doctors. They are not registered under the Australian Medical Board. Where the term “doctor” is used, it refers solely to an academic or professional Ayurvedic qualification and does not imply registration as a medical practitioner in Australia.
