Ayur Healthcare supplies two categories of products:
- TGA-listed Ayurvedic medicines, which meet Australian regulatory requirements for quality and safety.( dispensed only after an Ayurveda consultation)
- Selected herbal supplements, chosen only from reputable manufacturers and sourced with care.
We take considerable effort to ensure product quality, and we do not knowingly supply any item that has been associated with reported safety concerns. We do not import or sell products that contain added heavy metals, mercury, or other intentionally introduced harmful substances.
While we prioritise trusted brands and transparency from suppliers, no natural product can be guaranteed to be risk-free for every individual. Reactions may vary from person to person. The information provided with our products is for general use only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Customers are encouraged to read all labels carefully and consult a qualified healthcare professional if they have health concerns, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take prescription medications, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for them.
Ayur Healthcare does not make therapeutic claims beyond those permitted under Australian law, and all products should be used responsibly and as directed.
Consultation & Dispensing Policy
2. Ayur Healthcare does not provide prescriptions or authorisations for clients to import Ayurvedic medicines from overseas.
3. Medicines purchased from abroad or online may carry safety risks, including undeclared ingredients, heavy metals or other harmful substances. Their quality, safety and regulatory compliance may not be verified in Australia.
4. Importing unapproved therapeutic goods into Australia can lead to customs seizure, penalties, or legal consequences.
5. Ayur Healthcare is not responsible for any adverse effects, health issues or legal implications arising from the use or importation of products purchased externally or brought from overseas.
